2014: Working for The Weather Digital
Eden Scott is a leading recruitment consultancy firm based in Scotland. Their consultants supply candidates to some of the world’s leading employers. The key objectives of the project were to increase revenue, strengthen the brand online, and develop a website which would differentiate Eden Scott from their competitors.
The website was built in Drupal, the website allows visitors to search job adverts, apply for jobs and upload their CV across multiple platforms.
The Drupal backend integrates with CareerBuilder’s recruitment software Broadbean/AdCourier, this allows job adverts to be posted to the website in real time.
A key component of the website is the “Job Alerts”, we integrated with Amazon’s Simple Email Service to send candidates the latest job recommendations based on their search criteria.
The Results
134% rise in revenue, directly attributed to the website, in the first quarter post launch.
626% increase in the number of enquiries from the website.
48% more CV submissions in the first quarter after launch.
72% increase in traffic across Social Media channels
The website was shortlisted as a Finalist for the DADI Awards in the category of “Best Recruitment website or campaign”.
